Dosage The integrated grinder with conical grinding elements can automatically grind, dose, and tamp 22 grams of coffee, which is comparable to the commercial machine in your favorite coffee shop.

Precise A temperature difference of just 1°C can make the difference between a bitter or balanced espresso. The Oracle Touch has digital temperature control. Together with the two stainless steel boilers and a heated brew group, this technology ensures that the temperature remains within the optimal range.

Optimal water pressure The OPV valve (Over Pressure Valve) for overpressure is a commercial feature in the Oracle Touch. This valve limits the maximum pressure during extraction, preventing the coffee from becoming too bitter. Additionally, there is pre-infusion at low pressure. The pressure is then gradually increased to allow the ground coffee to expand slowly for even extraction.

Sufficient steam pressure In professional coffee, the espresso and creamy, sweet milk with microfoam texture are perfectly balanced.
